About the Position

Opportunity to be part of a growing and dynamic legal team at Birg Law https://birg.law/.

Strong business development skills are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

· Managing, preparing, and responding to a high volume of client communication, including phone calls, emails, and inquiries

· Assisting team members with various immigration projects and case-related tasks, case preparation, case follow-up often under tight deadlines

· Assisting attorneys and team members with new client intake, with limited supervision

· Managing electronic tools and databases to facilitate the efficient functioning of the immigration legal process and CRM workflow

· Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Current paralegal position or experience with the immigration law practice

Highly motivated with the ability to work both independently and as a team member

Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural, educational, and professional backgrounds

Proven experience working with ambiguous work situations and information

Proficiency in multitasking effectively and efficiently

Experience with database management software and CRM tools

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

Experience working as a paralegal or office professional, preferably in a corporate or law firm setting

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

Education

A bachelor’s degree / paralegal certificate / foreign law degree is preferred

Bilingual:

Must be bilingual in English and Spanish

Compensation:

Salary will be based on experience, and additional benefits may be provided.
